At Sammie’s House Animal Sanctuary, we believe that every pet deserves a healthy, safe life—and that starts with accessible spay and neuter services. Sammie’s Care is our community initiative to reduce pet overpopulation and prevent unnecessary suffering by offering free spay and neuter surgeries for cats and dogs owned by Clay County residents experiencing financial hardship.

• Services provided by Seaglass Spay & Neuter in Jacksonville

• Limited appointments available monthly – first come, first served!

• Residents of Clay County, FL

• Pet owners facing financial hardship

• Must be able to transport pet to and from the appointment location
